Return Process

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
